It feels like every time someone leaves, we just get stuck doing their work along with our own. The management isn’t hiring anyone to fill those gaps, so we end up having to take on more tasks for the same pay. We’re already swamped as it is. What’s it gonna take for them to finally hire some replacements?

That's the plan along with 4 day RTO. Force people out without paying a severance with needless 4 day RTO, dont fill those spots when they do leave and make the su-kers that remain do the extra work.
It’s Truist. Leadership will state they’re going to hire to backfill. As we all know, this is the same old tired lip service game from the Truist leadership playbook…….
Do what I do. Let off the gas. Do a mediocre job. Maybe leadership will realize if they hired someone who is enthusiastic and motivated, they’d be better off long term.
Counting down the days until AIP is paid out in March so I can leave this dumpster fire!
It says everything that the "Our Stategic Direction" article on The Source is unsigned. They literally left the "Story Author" byline from a template.
But then we all know if Truist was a movie, it would be "directed" by Alan Smithee because no one wants their name on this trash fire.
