It’s insane to me that leadership lays off and offers VISP and then says but don’t talk about it because we don’t want it out there. No kidding, they want it to stay quiet so people don’t leave early. Share what you know. Most of us have been at the company for years but this image of being a community based healthcare system blah blah is bullsh-t. I’m impressed the fact that they have all our members personal information and healthcare records sitting in India hasn’t been on the news. It’s been so swept under the rug and that only people that win from that are the corporate ballers making fat bonuses. All the dedicated worker bees who have made this company what it is are being let go and told to be quiet. Nope! Use your voice!
