You’ve got people in charge who aren’t qualified and don’t seem to give a damn. Instead of actually doing their jobs, they’re much more interested in playing office politics or watching golf at their desks. It’s obvious at every level, and it’s dragging everything down.

I would say MD is stale and has been for a while. He should have self-replace a decade ago.

our management team is in India. The US team is pretty much considered the offshore team in our scenario.
It’s corporate culture in America. Pump up the stock to record levels, even if it’s at the cost of the health of the business, and collect your bonus. We would all do the same in their shoes. If only because you never know when your time is up.
