After plenty of news on job cuts in different parts of the Shell world, it seems to have gone quiet. Does anyone think there may be new news on additional job cuts before the end of the year? Or has everything been announced already. I suspect some of us are sitting complacently not aware that our jobs are potentially at risk.

RES still has a reorg pending
Speaking of Exxon and Chevron... 3Q24 numbers per Reuters:
https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/exxon-chevron-top-q3-profit-expectations-record-high-oil-output-2024-11-01/
- Exxon profits down 5% yr/yr, Chevron's off 21% on weak refining
- But US oil majors outrun European rivals that bet on renewables
- Oil output gains set to be tested by slowing demand growth
More doom for Shell I guess if we try to match Exxon's stock price and slowing future demand (lines 1 and 3) ... As for why our stock prices su-ks, refer to line 2.
Our stock price will never be in parity with XOM as long as the neocolonial make fake work culture remains.
More cuts likely starting early 2025 (March timeframe). The cuts will continue until stock prices are unity with Exxon's and moral improves.
I dunno. Think they bled us dry for 2024.
