You would have to pack up and leave Seattle and head to West Virginia. All Coal mines in WV are looking for miners now. The pay is pretty good and there's plenty of overtime. Be warned though, it’s tough work being. Coal miner.

I’m expecting to see lots of former Boeing machinists who end up being layed off once this strike ends knocking on my door next Spring offering to cut my grass for $5 bucks. It takes me about 45 minutes to cut it myself. I’m betting it will take these layed off former Boeing machinists 2 hours to cut my grass.
Boeing Machinists are not cut out to be Coal miners. That’s a tough job. The Boeing Machinists are better suited to be third shift cashiers at 24-hour Mini-Marts where they can binge out on donuts and pop all night, and still get paid for sleeping most of third shift.
These Boeing factory workers are the laziest. They would never survive work outside of Boeing. This is a laughable suggestion for them. Smh
Crowd wouldn’t last a day doing physical work.
The problem with the miners job is you have to actually work, machinists dont know what that is.
Al least go back for a few days to get the signing bonus
Good Job for an office worker like you John.
There are a ton of good jobs out there better than Boeing right now if you don't mind working. If you have any skills, you can do better with side jobs. A lot of us may not go back.
