Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Tech manager salary

Hi,

I got laid off from Wells Fargo. Looking at strategy roles in tech. I saw tech strategic remediation manager role. I’d appreciate if someone could answer following questions:

  1. I made really good base for a middle manager at wells ($210k plus 30% bonus). Is Truist salary for manager in that range?
  1. are director roles very few to come by?
  1. are tech jobs moving to India, including strategy roles?

Don't bother. A lot of the tech jobs have been moved to India and you're not going to get paid your desired salary.

Plenty of former leaders from WF at Truist. Contact one of them. They will invite you on and let you work remotely.
