Some people here are saying Nov 21. If not Nov then for sure in Jan 2025.

To the person asking about offering to be the sacrifice. It really depends on how much you trust your boss. One manager could never pick who to let go so he was open to quietly putting names on a highly private list. Do NOT tell anyone you do not trust with your life though. I thought my manager was trustworthy, maybe someone overheard. I was fired a few days after offering. No explanation, no payout, no severance. I had more than 10 years.

AOPs are wrapping up if they haven't already completed. CSG fiscal year ends in November, new fiscal year begins in December those selected for layoff will get sorted during November along with your ranking (1,2, or 3). Layoff scheduled for Jan just like the past 2yrs.

Job market is tough technology is getting beaten hard.

Most are in Jan as nothing is put into place until Q1 and then it has to be put in place.

Amy word on when these layoffs will occur? December? January? Or sooner?

If I survive next AOP - do you guys think it's possible I can ask my leadership to lay me off? Think I'm going into the family business and working with my hands.

Isn't it clear that it makes absolutely no difference what skills you have? TK's mission is to get rid of as many employees as possible and still keep the lights on. All that talk about being a $20 billion cloud company was just a lie. The equity people want to pick this skeleton until it's clean, and then move on to the next carcass. TK will pocket his cash and go home and pretend to his family that he's a good person.

Haven't done any work since Jan 2024, I've been on vacation while getting paid to work on my resume and learning other skills while responding to a handful of emails. Getting paid to do nothing, TK put me here. However, I don't think i'll survive this upcoming AOP sensing my gig is up and time to get ready for real work again outside of CSG.

And why is he a Dckhead? Because he’s legitimately asking who’s next on the chopping block? Are you one of the sheep who didnt look out for themselves because you bought into the lies about having a new role here? I hope not. I hope you polished up that resume and used this time wisely.
