I'm familiar with how our employee discount works, except for one thing. Now that Macy's sells 3rd party vendors merchandise through the Macy's website, do we get a discount on those items like we do Macy's merchandise? I have a few items I would like to buy but I'm not sure if I would get employee discount on them. I ask because a week or so I go, Macy's sent me an online coupon to get me to buy some items I had left on my cart. Basically, I was shopping online online and put a few items in my cart but never finished the purchase. So a few days later, Macy's sent me an email offering me a discount of $5, $10, or $20 depending on how much I spent. 2 of those items were from 3rd party vendors, so even though the dollar amount I was spending met the criteria to be eligible for $20 off, only the one Macy's item was eligible, so only could use the $5 off. So that made me wonder if we get, or not, discount on 3rd party vendors merchandise.
