It’s one thing to say that we wil be seeing furloughs but failing to cite your source is irresponsible and feeding into peoples fear. If something was said, give that person credit. Back your claims and don’t repost to try and quiet people.

Dave must be upset with Pearland and Dayton TYE, so he posts “mark my words”. To allude to TY&E are going to get cut there. That is considering there’s no mechanical in Houston, Silsbee, Beaumont, etc outside of trucks, so all that’s left is TY&E or MOW. I guess that what all those conductor positions are being created for on the jobs homepage. Got to be for all the TY&E people about to be displaced.

Dave Moreno giving a last ditch effort to save his job on here, knowing he’s pushed red river to the brink of collapse with a string of crazy safety incidents and injuries, and cutting staffing down to pre 2018 levels, waiting to see if BNSF holds him accountable on these upcoming manager cuts or if BNSF holds craft responsible for his bad decision making that has caused the injuries and incidents

Furloughs. Go visit the BNSF careers page and visit it every day. It's easier for them to replace and fire a manager than to retrain a conductor or engineer or any other craft. There is no purpose in having multiple managers. You cannot do an air test, you cannot walk a train, you cannot start an engine, you can't do anything but look and watch like the little rail fans on the side of the road. Managers do one thing and one thing only DELAY TRAINS, that's all they do is delay trains.
