@3rme+1vb08Q1Y Appreciate your concern for your coworkers. For Walgreens to solve for our issues bullies like Neal who keep hiring his friends need to go. If not, every one of us pawns will be on the layoff list.... the question is only when and not if.
Can we just keep the bs Tim and Neal comments to ourselves today? It’s on every single fu--ing post. We ALL get it. We are simply here to see what is going on with our coworkers/friends
Walgreens has unlimited amount of money to hire and entertain Neal's friends and family. For the rest of us, it is layoffs and no bonus.
There won’t be bonus. Because Tim and Neal, used the money for big sign on bonus for their friends.
Neal l, Bala, Tim, Tracey, they go to resorts. What happened next? We are loosing our jobs. This is their fault. Tim had one and half years here. What he did? He just sent bs emails and doing layoffs. Look at united airlines, after Roz joined there, what happened? I just see all their improvements.
What an incompetent management team. Anyone can close thousands of stores and eliminate thousands of jobs. Tim and Neal should be fired. Let someone else capable do the job.
Some were drinking the kool aid still and were doubting the cuts happening. And this is just a start. What a company to work for, it's sinking more than most realize.

I got a 30min "Business Update" on my calendar with manager and HR today. I've been with the company for 7years. as a Sr. Manager in Pharmacy. Any tips on how to handle the conversation? Right before the bonus announcements, if we are due one, that is.

They had said “October”, in which there is a week left, so could be this week.
Not sure what's left to cut but one can always say cuts are coming and eventually be correct.
