Melvin doesn't care. He has been destroying Lowe's ever since he was hired.
Our customers are suffering as well. Payroll/hours have been cut so severely in my store that customers are walking out in frustration because there is no one in the department to help them. And then management acts perplexed as to why survey results and average ticket price keeps dropping.
But look at the share price.
Until we get rid of Melvin and small hands it will always be like that.
And then people are shocked when foot traffic drops...
