The ShareFile sale was not a good deal for CSG. Tom needed money fast to pay off debts. ShareFile has no future in a market where there competitors are light years ahead. ShareFile will be stripped, milked, and disposed of. Typical PE stuff.
The ShareFile execs did their best to do a good job putting lipstick on a pig but it didn't make any difference. Everybody knows it's a pig.
The online posts are coming in, many layoffs at Sharefile starting with Execs, VP, and Directors.
What happened to ShareFile? TK's stank really incinerated anything related to Citrix. Sad to watch all this unfold
Sales was gutted heard they are outsourcing to Costa Rica
All of Raleigh sales and support will be gone in 2025. Looks like any customers will now be dealing with India for support and who knows for sales. I'm sure customers will love this.
Raleigh got gutted like 60%.
