Has anyone noticed all the job reqs suddenly available in sales. They are hiring rep 3 and 4s. I don’t get it. Why let so many people go just to open up more reqs. What is the end game?

They don't know. Place is totally done for.
They need more sales people to all like each others linked in posts and be little clones of each other. Place is pathetic.
If they are trying to save money then why hire reps 3 and 4s and not 1 and 2s. The total TTC for a rep 4 is 108,000k. It doesn’t make sense.
They are planning on axing remote for in office. For some reason geography is more of important than skill. Dell is a dumpster fire.
Yep. Out with the Old and expensive. In with the New and cheap.
Buy low sell high. Get rid of em when they start costing you more
Fire those that underperformed and replace them. Basically business as usual before covid.
