I am part of the Team Member Relations team and need to speak to you about a matter I am looking into. I hope this time works, if not, please propose a different time.

OP here, sorry for the late response. The main issue was that while I’m REMOTE. My VPN bounces all over the US, as well as I work in “vacation how spots”…Mexico and certain Eastern Caribbean islands. Those days worked are productive and I have emails/calls/revenue/activity to back that up. They want me to work in one location that is easily tracked via VPN. HR was overly panicked about remote workers and us working outside of one central location. Post Covid control issues
Theu can't update us or hr will see and fire them right away haha
Can the author of this post update us all? I'd love to hear what it was about.
Definitely an HR investigation. It could be a complaint against you, could be against someone else that they want to get a witness account for
Had someone else have this pop on their calendar and it was an ultimatum of come into the office or lose your job...

“Ffs people don’t do your weird sh-t on company devices, its not hard”
It’s not just company devices. If you use your own personal phone to connect to Dell NW via Teams or Outlook, they have software on your device. They can track all kinds of activity in your personal device

@ frf+1vaYBUDp x but it’s not a Dell owned phone.
If you have been using your Dell laptop to look at anything they might find offensive they may have been monitoring and want to talk about it. Depending on what it was, they could simply terminate you if it violated corporate policy. Moreover, if you have your phone tied to the Dell network via VPN, it could apply to your phone usage as well.
I had one of these meetings once, worded exactly like that. It was because someone was butthurt and reported me because I called a DEI training "woke" in the comments. Anyways, I got a pp slap.
Don’t attend that meeting.
Phone in sick.
Say you have mental health challenges.
They can’t touch you at that point.
Go chill.
They’re investigating you based on someone reporting you. They make it appear like they’re investigating someone else but when you get into that room there will be the HR lead and an investigative lawyer. They won’t fire you in this meeting. They will just gather info but they have their minds already made up since they want to see if you’re a risk to sue the company. Once they confirm you can’t sue, you’ll get fired a day or two later. They’re using any excuse to fire people so they don’t have to pay severance.
Everyone at Dell is a rat. Trust no one.
Sounds like you are possible witness they need to interview related to an HR complaint.
HR escalation? What would be cause for that? It’s not shocking with the routes I’ve seen this company get rid of people lately.
Sounds like an Hr escalation.
Not sure if worry too much about getting laid off.... the message is too misleading.
Unless you've done something that's a fireable offense, you should be good.
Look like you could be gone. What area and org?
Good Day- received this today at 130pm set for a 330pm cst call tomorrow. Posted as a 1x1. Anyone ever had this pop up? and it definitely cannot be good news, I'm guessing. The 1x1 may be a total lie.
