It’s really disappointing to see Trellix going down this path with so many employees being laid off. These abrupt decisions from management not only hurt those directly impacted but also damage the morale and trust of the remaining team. It feels like short-sighted cost-cutting rather than any real strategic vision, leaving everyone unsure about the future direction of the company. This approach sends a poor message about how Trellix values its people, and it’s hard to feel motivated or secure when leadership seems so quick to cut jobs to balance the books.

It's par for the course and has been for a number of years. It's such a shame what was a great company has gone downhill but the ceo and his poor senior leadership team who seem to escape these cuts need to look at themselves, and their strategy for answers.
