To @1hye+1vaBASkB, everyone in top leadership sc--wed up and should get fired. So lets not focus on one person. Also no one should be getting a bonus or salary increase until the company hits its target. Think how much money the company can save every year by doing that.
To save $2 billion, the company should start by cutting costs at the top, such as letting go of high-level executives like TM, instead of laying off hardworking employees who are struggling to provide for their families.
TM in 2023 = $8,881,845 Total Compensation (or ~60 FTEs at $100k with benefits, etc.). For what?

I am not sure why everyone is picking on this TM guy. What does losing a family have to do with how well he is doing his job ? How would anyone on this board feel if we lost a family member and then people were just attacking us nonstop on some board ??
He's a fraud, but all that money won't bring his daughter back....

The pay disparity for elt bad ideas to mid level layoffs ..they should hope people show up to work at all.
MGM Base Salary: $850,000 annually, paid in arrears.
Bonuses: Eligible for discretionary annual bonuses up to 150% of base salary, based on the Performance-Based Incentive Plan.
Benefits: Employee and fringe benefits on par with the second highest senior executive of the Company.
Expenses: Reimbursement for reasonable business and non-commute travel expenses.
Travel: Expected extensive travel, provided by Employer or commercial airlines on a first-class basis.
