To @1hye+1vaBASkB, everyone in top leadership sc--wed up and should get fired. So lets not focus on one person. Also no one should be getting a bonus or salary increase until the company hits its target. Think how much money the company can save every year by doing that.
To save $2 billion, the company should start by cutting costs at the top, such as letting go of high-level executives like TM, instead of laying off hardworking employees who are struggling to provide for their families.
TM in 2023 = $8,881,845 Total Compensation (or ~60 FTEs at $100k with benefits, etc.). For what?
Breakdown:
$1,000,000 Base Pay
$1,246,000 Bonus + Non-Equity Incentive Comp
$2,246,000 Total Cash Comp
$4,874,990 Stock Award Value
$1,624,993 Option Award Value
$6,499,983 Total Equity
$135,862 Total Other
@kcl+1vaBASkB everyone loses family. children. parents. what they don't do is go from company to company absolutely destroying it from within, that's Tilak's thing, it is why he's criticized on "some board," and it is why people don't feel like they need to feel compassionate to his s-b story. he can stop being criticized as soon as he wants by retiring and ending his offshore scams to hire mediocre talent.
I am not sure why everyone is picking on this TM guy. What does losing a family have to do with how well he is doing his job ? How would anyone on this board feel if we lost a family member and then people were just attacking us nonstop on some board ??
He's a fraud, but all that money won't bring his daughter back....
TM made a cool $8.9 Mil last year....
TM, I mean, Mr. Accenture.
All of these elt need to go.
When did we enter this corporate fascist celebrity leader hellscape?
"Leadership says"...
"We believe in Aetna"
"Two legs good, four legs bad"
The pay disparity for elt bad ideas to mid level layoffs ..they should hope people show up to work at all.
