The last thing intel needs on this earth right now is to build two more chip factories in OHIO.

Intel is broke. It has not received the Chip Act funding yet. With all the layoffs, the government funding is in uncertainty. Why government waste the fund to cut people?
TSMC engineers are ready to move in once the constructions are done since Intel laid off most of its engineers and required at least 5 years to get a newbie from a college if he/she can graduate.
