New hardware provider Ennoconn still a no-show!!
Back in September, when ELT announced getting out of the hardware business and tagging Ennoconn as new h/w provider, several NCR h/w employees were told they will be going to Ennoconn. They were told that a job and formal job offer including benefit details would be forthcoming in the next few weeks. As of 12/15 no offers have been received – every weekly meeting scheduled where promised details would be provided have all been canceled last minute with no reason given. Ennoconn mgt has now gone radio silent.
Proposed Ennoconn employees will cease to be NCR employees on 12/31 and lack of information about their future has them frustrated and scared they will have no job, income, or benefits come January.
Meanwhile CTO townhall provided that they have met with many existing customers and they are pulling for NCR Voyix to succeed…at least they have that going for them!!
Typical NCR holiday behavior…

What is the point of commenting on this. If you are in hardware engineering at NCR, protect yourself and find another source of income.
Could have sworn in recent weeks Voyix decided they were going to go back into hardware, complete reversal of plans to stop making hardware. Could this be why Ennoconn news has gone quiet?
It must be money related, Voyix probably had to put up some cash, they simply can’t raise it or have a deal coming that they don’t want the money to change.
Regardless the reason, this is how they operate, employees are the last people to know anything.
bonuses were also promised to get people to stay but haven't been mentioned since - selective amnesia is setting in.
Smoke, mirrors and BS.
