I don’t care about Intel anymore. Who would spend another year or more not only worrying about their job but about the future of a company too? I can’t stand the daily exposure to hopelessness, the elevated anxiety among my teammates, people worrying about their future, managers not coping with the lack of focus and teams breaking down. None of us deserve this. Having a round of layoffs is bearable. Having a prolonged crisis with no end in sight while our livelihoods depend on the outcome, not so much.

You are being replaced by a data center, Intel doesn't care.
You forgot to say training your offshore replacement
What a whiny little beech, just quit already. We all know the real reason you're still at Intel because you've got no cajones and no one will hire you.
Don’t quit! As you probably are seeing no one will hire us. So keep hunting
What a cry baby - just quit already. You are apparently incapable of handling anything remotely difficult. Go call your mommy and cry all about
It to her.
What are you waiting on??
How long do you expect the bridge to be?
Even the board members have given up on Intel for a long time it seems. They did not lift a finger for the last 10 years though they saw the writing on the wall. Therefore, any employee at the bottom of this vicious food chain has a right to feel that way. You are not alone my friend!
