The management I'm this place need to stop telling lies.
There's not enough business to keep you on....but our lazy BDM is using the ideas and ground work of someone else to make himself look relevant. The guy has no credibility, told us all plgf is going nowhere but wanted rid of the key player because he was jealous and wanted the credit.

He did it cos he doesn't know how to be a business development manager. It's way over his head. He just talks, lies, blags and undermines people so he looks good.

He wanted her gone out of pure jealousy. Didn't know how to be a business development manager and wanted to take over all her work and credit. She did more business development than he ever has and that's what he couldn't stand. That and her education.

Yep. Blocked Ireland did hardly anything in Wales. Relied on you know who to do the donkey work in Wales but has tried to take the credit.
