It was clear to me on day one that there are no career opportunities. I gave it a year and figured that we have no chance. No advancement avenues, no raises, horrible management. You’ll be just laid off at best. And made to train your replacement before they kick you to the curb. In the meantime, you’ll be disrespected, bullied, observed like a lab rat, exposed to passive aggressive treatment by management, and controlled. A year and a half in, and I’m doing interviews for another job.

Ooh-dit's style of making the American employees train their GCC/India counterparts seems completely deliberate. I believe they call this a "hostile takeover", he is leaning into nepotism of the Indian variety to rapidly offload Waters' intellectual assets overseas. I'm fairly convinced this is a deliberate maneuver to strengthen India while weakening the US and I will die on that hill. The money we are sending over there will NEVER be recirculated into the United States, that money is GONE.
