Employees lost arbitration, brakemen and conductors are finished. They will keep a skeleton crew around to tie brakes, but for 27k, BNSF saved 500 dollars, and ended long term careers as of yesterday. Unless mass engineer classes start up, 3/4 of TYE conductors, especially low seniority are on the chopping block, finally came home to roost, all the new conductor jobs were a facade and smoke, that big number posted a few months back is now a realistic number
