If it was only incompetence….
Manure allows growth. But the big question if which kind of growth ?
Looks to me based on the track record of being fooled by software that its incompetence that grew not excellence…

Incompetence in project was glaring
Was going to be demoted multiple levels down for incompetence … ran before. Teaching how to talk and use others…. Shame!
That data was horrible and showcases incompetence at the highest possible level

Correct. What is frustrating is that some of those CxO did see the problems but didn’t have the ba--s to take actions needed to clean up the place …cowardice…
Resideo problem cannot be limited to a matter of person, after having recycled all the CxO functions at least 3 times, on average every 12-18 months. There are much more fundamental cultural aspect that will require ages to be fixed.
