I’ve heard there is another reorg planned is this true? Just survived can’t take much more of this, I have a family.

There will always be another reorg.

Step 1 and Step 2 have always been part of Phase 3 of the overall plan. So make sure you aren't confusing the term Phase 3 with the term Step 3. There will be an additional OR round in Dec/Jan to post more roles that impacted people can apply to but there is no plan to impact additional people.

Mark literally said phase 3 in the IDE call but then all of LT denied step 3 was happening during the Q&A.
I guess if they call it phase then it’s really not happening.
they won’t call it a reorg
the senior LT thinks everyone else is d-mb
so they’ll use yet another name for it and go “no we this is not step 3, this is the great shuffle” with a smug look of satisfaction on their faces
the plan will be to combine everything into one business like by slapping hyphens in between each name for value
There is life/work outside Shell. Reconsider your options with an objective mind and speak to people outside Shell especially those who left recently (newsflash: everyone moved forward, the earth did not stop spinning). Your health and your ability to be present for your family is more important than where you work.
