The leadership teams at Cargill are something else. They talk they say yes to everything, and they go away and do something else. In my area there are so many Senior leaders I literally have no idea how they justify their existence but they live for the Town Halls and group meetings they try to chair. Bizarre place they all kept the jobs barring a couple in my area

4/5 laid off. The remaining 1/5 now think they run the world. Good luck to those who remain. I'm pleased I'm done.
We had alot of sr leaders n mangers let go hardly any left. So nothing is the same obviously..
