This year everyone will be receive compensation and bonus based on AI scripts and that logic comes from your EOY rating. Manager doesn’t have much control over compensation distribution this time.

Yup, amounts recommended by the system, but lower level managers can move their little pool around, but no ability to add more to the overall pool, and MDs reviewing and taking from pools to move around, across, and up how they want. Also, if you merged or moved orgs in the reorg, they haven't figured out how to standardize bonus allocations. So if your bonus structure was high and strong, you're probably getting a worse structure, and HR is keeping your manager in the complete dark, unless your manager is a higher level MD.
Partially false. Some teams have in fact been told they cannot adjust the amounts automatically allotted. Some teams still can. Even then you can only move money in your pool - rob Peter to Pay Paul.
False. It is like this every year and lime every year, I was able to adjust figures for my team.
