It’s coming…again…

The Major Accounts department does need a lot of work! They never follow up on submits or extensions unless prompted to do so by the recruiter, job details are never right or contradicting, and I've seen several examples where we've opened a VMS job 1-6 hours later than smaller agencies.
Major Accounts should be the first department to go! They are overstaffed and provide ZERO value to the company. Less than and 2% fill rate for VMS/non-MedSol MSP jobs should tell you everything you need to know! Never followup on submissions unless prompted to do so and rarely interpret client specs correctly.
Funny… lots of us were saying that recent changes were to make us aligned with medical solutions so they would consolidate (or dissolve) Aureus. They said “no, it’s nothing like that. There is no talk of that at this time.” Fast-forward two weeks later and that that’s exactly what is happening. Guess I’ll sit here and work for my salary with no increase for approximately the 4th year with multiple different commission structures depending on your department, for a company that cares more about “industry standard” than their travelers or employees.
I’m going to guess that it has to do with the announcement today that they are finally proceeding with the integration of Aureus into Med Sol. The statement of “we will need to make decisions that are hard but right” pretty much said it all. The last integration that I recall was when PRS was integrated and that a lot of people on the PRS side lost their jobs.
I hope I get laid off this week! This company is hilariously bad. December 15th and still don’t have the 2025 commission plan? Get real. Fu-k this horrible excuse of employment.
I hope so. Just so I can feel better about being laid off in the last round.
And your post is based on what facts??!?
Details?
Just in time for the holidays!
