Look its real simple. BNSF has been going down hill for decades. Every year it just gets worse. Even Superintendents are telling us, " The railroads are no longer run by people who know how to Railroad". The company lays all these people off, then expects the people left to triple their efforts to save the company. They dont value you as an employee, so do your 8 and go to the house. Quit thinking you bustin a-s will save them, they dont care.
