I think some of udits people are putting silly comments here or even HR , they all should crawl back under a rock , so out of touch!!! Case of Stockholm syndrome!!!

calling bullsh*t on this, Udit's management will fire anyone at any time and replace them with a GCC contractor whenever and wherever possible.

Well now. If you stand at your workstation like a good little automated robotic type machine and don’t talk, laugh or show any emotion at all, you won’t have to worry about being “observed “ because that’s exactly what is expected of you. Nothing more….
Still a great place to work though.
