Leaders are expecting work as if we will not be back after shutdown

This week has been frantic, yep! Going into this shut down with a lot more uncertainty, worry about additional LRs, and checked out leaders not communicating much to us in 3P. I come here to verify if the rumors have weight and given G2’s reorg mix up? Expect it. Keep the Christmas spending to a minimum guys…
Do they still make developers with no customer contact be on call within 15 minutes during the shutdown? It was how they helped family decompress - in constant fear next to the phone.

You mean there expecting you to work before the shutdown what??? That's crazy. But if you need time off just book it in VTO
Do what you can where you are with what you have… tomorrow is never guaranteed we might not even be alive after the holidays so dont stress.
