How do you feel about year end review, same as every year mission impossible for exceeded? I bet managers will get promoted without you knowing what they achieved, or no wait they will get promoted because of your achievements as every year...

Winning presidents club won’t get you an “Exceeded”
I’ve stopped caring about anything in this job. I’m fulfilling the duties of my role and no more. The promotion I got was too little, too late, and they acted like I should just fall over in gratitude for it.
