WD is changing and NPM roles to hourly and the no longer will be salary

There are pros and cons to this - pros are you will actually get paid for the hours you work and cons are that the company doesn't have to give you the same benefits or job security of a full time position. Corporate jobs are asking more and more of employees and expectations are to get it done no matter what. Maybe this puts more control back in the hands of the employees to not be mentally on call 24/7 and to be compensated for the actual time you work. I know it's never that simple but corporate has gotten out of control with the power imbalance.
