Hey I just accepted an offer with a St. Paul based Fortune 500. If I can do it after almost 20 years at Cargill, anyone can do it. There are companies out there looking for experienced workers who need to hire immediately. I was 7ft tall when I joined Cargill but I am only 5’11 now, I have had enough of being beaten down.

They can only claw back stock options. And even then only if gone to a competitor.
DO NOT tell anyone at cargill or post on linkedin that you found a job. Depending on the severance agreement, they might be able to claw it back due to reemployment. Read the contract carefully and dont assume they wont do it. They most certainly would.
Good for you! Happy you were able to leave the Cargill abusive culture and abysmal leadership.
