1-Clearly these leaders hate their families and they don't want to spend time with them and so they are dragging us with them. 2-The new mandate will drive top performers out of the organization by default. 3- Clearly the company doesn’t care about tenure, as they can just hire a kid making more $ and clueless on decision making process. This is just a slap in the face to the people that have been here for years.

Hate their families. What’s with Thai narrative? I take get up early and hit the gym, come back home, cook breakfast and drive kids to school. Get back home shower up and am off to the office around 7:15AM, in by 8, leave at 5 and home by 6…have 4 hours with the fam and go to bed. I have the entire weekend with the family and take 4 weeks vacation with the family. I feel like that’s enough? Quit complaining and do some work.
By then Frank will be gone not caring.
They offer you united also. You get to PAY in. Just like lunch in the cafeteria. $10-12 for a hot entree. Make sure to come in the office! All of us deserve it at Fiserv.
Sometimes it feels like it will take an act of Congress before I find a new job.
Well said. Give it some time. Everything is going to turn around for our good. Plenty of corporations out there who will be thrilled having such valuable, intelligent, experienced, and dedicated employees.
They can't sink any lower and will eventually rot in their own sewage/swamp.
Always remember, we are not defined by Fiserv. The best is yet to be, just won't be here.
