The more I listen to DT&D LT, the more I realise, how hollow is there promises to Enterprises, Executive Team & its own employees.

DT&D leadership has gone silent since the townhall.
New shared functions are already starting to make decisions that will affect the ability of DT&D to adopt a product model.
They have also hit the floor running while DT&D is still in a holding pattern.
You know there will be more dt&d layoffs as soon as the 400 ATL roles are in place.
Monday - Brian S. For 2030 the layoffs are done ( not including EU)
As per normal business cycles there may be changes and rifs over time to adjust to business needs demands changes etc (yup that's normal, but tbd obviously)
Don't let people poach u as other companies lay people off too
Wed- Jen. Layoffs will continue to end of fiscal year and maybe beyond ( clearly she knows something Brian S doesn't)
So why are we not all trying to find other jobs again. Cos those companies may lay us off but clearly that's the plan by May at Cargill

I have never seen a more feckless collection of losers. Hartsock and her boot licking cronies will get snuffed out eventually, only question is how much damage do they do before then?
It took two years to lay off, and they are still planning to lay off, half of the IT department, all while bringing in some clueless 'yes-man' executives. The funny part is that they now want to resolve IT issues by outsourcing everything to India. It’s nothing new—within a few years, they’ll likely go through another reorganization to recover from their failed strategy, especially now that there’s even more skepticism and low morale..., no matter how much they try to preach it's a growing and evolving chaos
Is DT&D is planning to layoff all it’s employees in eu?
The only thing Jen cares about is her massive ego. She needs to have her ring light on, makeup and lipstick freshly applied, DEI rainbow lanyard on and visible and pretend to care. All of this production was scripted for our pleasure.
