Leadership Hates Their Families

A nine hour work day is now mandated. These people hate their families and don’t want to be home. That is their choice – why do the rest of us have to suffer? I would like to actually spend some time with my family at the end of the day.

I've noticed this too. People that think sitting in a cubicle cage all day = "productivity" are usually the ones that hate their domestic situation and want others to be as miserable as they are XD

“The quality suffered and Frank was watching”. Guess he isn’t watching now. The quality is complete cr-p now and it seems to be getting worse by the day. From a former employee who still uses Fiserv resources.

It's funny how the most productive, highest-performing year in the company's history was when everyone was working remotely. That must be what kept them from EVEN HIGHER HEIGHTS! GET BACK IN THE OFFICE, MONKEYS, AND DANCE!

@OP+1vV7NiTO correction... leadership hate all of your families. Frank and C levels doesn't need to be in one office for 9 hours. That is your job.

@kan+1vV7NiTO it doesn't work that way. When you see a dumpster fire this bad, you can really tell a lot of exec level didn't truly earn their position through skill. Incompetent leeches.

@aix+1vV7NiTO and you wonder why you're being asked to come into an office for 9 hours a day. This isn't retaliation, this is a toddler throwing a fit.

The real idiocy is that these people think we will work harder…lol. If you spoke to any employees anonymously you would know you are sabotaging yourself. I am fine with you keeping your head in your a-s though, doesn’t matter much to me. I’m doing the bare minimum and collecting a check. Didn’t have to be this way sorry. Ask me how many emails and pings I leave unread nowadays. Ask me how many days I pretend to work and get away with it. Ask how many more are like me that don’t have to be. You scorn us and think we don’t have ways to retaliate.

“Gotta make up for all the lost time people were pretending to work from home.”

Why does FB think it’s true? All along we’ve been saying that he thinks remote work = stealing from the company. Banks need to audit tellers multiple times a day and keep the pens on chains. Employees are thieves.

So the solution is not just to be in the office but be there longer?

This place is f’d up.

"The quality suffered and Frank was watching."

So Frank is an incompetent leader who su-ks at quality? Is that the message you intended to communicate?

Hope he doesn't use you as a referral. He might not find work again with testimonials like that.

9 hours is pretty reasonable request in my opinion. Gotta make up for all the lost time people were pretending to work from home. The quality suffered and Frank was watching.

That’s easy, come in at 8 and leave at 5 and then you have all night with the family. Hope that helps. You’re a people manager, act like it and quit whining on anonymous message boards.
