Omm, I think this client has called technical support multiple times already, and is expressing frustration by calling out Schwab's technological mediocrity from the rooftops via any platform possible. Note the use of the word AGAIN in the post. Clients complain regularly about this on LinkedIn also, they feel frustrated because they feel like no one is taking this problem seriously.

They are not focused on fixing their constantly broken client system, they are too busy laying people off and finding ways to shed people without having to pay severance.
