With all the discussion about CL28/CL29, what is the typical salary range for these two CLs?

Many promotions given in past 4 years are to provide more PIP fodder.
HiPos passing through CL29 need to be given at least RG90 so there needs to be a steady supply each year of people to give RG 0.
Midpoint CL28 is now $297800
Average is low $300k but good luck being promoted to a 28 or 29 with the new guidance from HR
