As someone who has worked in DXC (CSC) and now Capgemini for 5+ years I can attest to Capgemini being a vastly improved experienced in almost many ways to the DXC I knew.

I’ve had to the pleasure to work with many fellow former DXC personnel who have similar positive experiences. Don’t get me wrong, Capgemini isn’t perfect but no company ever is.

As an ex DXC employee who left a heavily underpaid role for a >£20k pay increase their chances are fair. There are ex DXC staff who TUPE'd with the MPS account too who were happier for it. If nothing else the opportunity to move into other roles in Cap and annual increases is a boon

That said as someone who isnt massively.close to the bidding the only thing I thought was coming in was SIAM & End User (Workplace) Services

If cap address the pay imbalance DXC created, apply some tools, systems and processes to how work is managed. Then this is the reboot most DXC staff want, and will re-engage. If it's like for like, and nothing much changes. Then nothing much is going to get done.
