Thread regarding TATA Consultancy Services layoffs

When you are let go, TCS will ONLY pay out the vacation days and only because it is required by law in most states. Many states have varying laws covering sick days payout, but for the most part you will NOT be payed sick days accumulated.
So, given holidays are here, put in for sick days by saying it is for routine physicals, or planned outpatient procedures and take all your sick days.
You will not be payed out any outstanding sick days and are giving TCS a financial gift when they are not payed out.
