It truly is sad to watch a once-relevant company become a shell of itself. Those who were front and center of the take private discussions knew what was going to come, and come it did. One day this will make a great HBR case study on how corporate greed and mismanagement ruined CTXS.

Everyone with a little understanding of what goals a PE pursues or looking at the broadcom playbook was knowing what will come. no rocket science
Its really sad walking around campus and seeing all the buildings we all uses to go into. Such good memories. Now to only into the cafe with people from other companies and then go to an elevator that barely works and you risk getting stuck in is incredibly sad.
