Who would even want to stick around at Fiserv? Is there anyone left, no matter their age, who honestly thinks they can still grow their career here? It’s hard to imagine. If you’re one of those people, please, let us know what’s keeping you here, because it certainly isn’t pay, benefits, job security, or the culture.

I literally never had anxiety until this year. They have fully destroyed my mental health. I’m getting fat and am depressed. I can hardly get out of bed in the morning to go to the office. I hate it here and I hate my life. I’ve got to GTFO.
@tfl+1vTwdxCX Buddy take your head out of the sand 😂
I actually love it at this company even though the hours aren’t great, the pay isn’t great, and it’s pretty much a thankless job. I joined right after the FD acquisition and it’s been chaos the entire time. I love the challenge of coming to the office and having the freedom to work on any project I want (as long as the day job is getting done). Over time I think I’ve made my department a better place and have been given opportunities that I never would had anywhere else largely because sane, rational people wouldn’t give me these types of responsibilities.
On the bright side, you get to pay United Health care co pays in case you're really sick before let go!
Your skills are transferable to industries outside of fintech. Look elsewhere.
You dont speak for the majority. remember that.
Still here but only until I find somewhere else. Layoffs happened when most places enter hiring freeze. I think most people are here just until they can get a solid offer elsewhere.
The Fintech market is a bear right now, the job market is insanely competitive. If it lessens up even a little bit in 2025 many, many will leave. Work on your exit plan, put some money aside, and be patient.
Tech labor market is broke - many are trying to leave but haven't been able to yet.
If the market turns around - there will be a mass exodus!
