Is correct. Branch leaders and UB and bankers, thousands of them were deleting emails on customer profiles that they knew were upset. This way the angry customer wouldn’t receive a survey. They were also creating fake profiles “prospects” and adding emails they controlled to take their own surveys after doing a CCG on the profile and a survey was generated.
The company had an issue in 2022 similar where region leaders, area leaders and branch leaders were faking migrations with blank information and having them approved.

Bankers doing shady stuff now We would not be able to change the emails anymore after the accounts open. Only clients can change it on the app or calling the one 800 number.
