Now it will take months and months to reorganize and adjust. Some teams were decimated. All of us who are still here will be expected to carry the weight and endure chaotic conditions. I do not trust managers to organize and steer the process efficiently, nor I believe they have had a detailed reorg plan in place before conducting layoffs.

People were layed off in this round. Several will ask to leave in couple months. They directly fired 8k but they know the number will be higher
We have to stop thinking they don't know stuff. This was planned for months.
All the consequences the remaining people will face, and that so many are concerned in this forum is part of the plan.
