did anyone negotiate their severance packages?

I received this statement from HR when I asked about the severance calculation: "2 weeks of salary for every year/partial year that you've worked. As well, you are receiving 3 weeks of pay in lieu of notice."

Lol it is absolutely two weeks for every year.
I’m not “negotiating” money but it’s wrong. The full amount that is being paid doesn’t add up to the 2wks per year. When I emailed them and asked for clarification, I was told that it wasn’t 2 weeks for every year like it was stated in the meeting.
