I’ve never seen a management team have so many offsites as this current management team especially in ISG. These costs tens if not hundreds of millions a year in waste.
You can have as many offsites to try to figure out how to resolve your problems at some point though if these problems aren’t going away have you thought that maybe you aren’t the right people for the job you are in? My guess is that you’re too arrogant for that.
Layoff some more people. That’ll fix it!
