Tuesday 7AM - wake up, 9AM - arrive at office, 6PM leave office, 8-10PM WFH, 5-6AM oncall
Wednesday 7AM - wake up, 8:30AM - die in car accident.

Maybe you should pack and move if not happy? Plenty of open roles across the industry for anyone worth their salt.
