If you get let go, review your severance package, if you have any questions or doubts, hire a good employment lawyer to advise you. If you’re happy with the severance, sign it and move on.
It’s a pretty complicated process, and HR gets very aggressive along with the corporate lawyers who will bully to get you to sign the papers as fast as possible, 14 days….. the 14 days means nothing, just as long as you respond.
Please send some of that good ole severance money my way LOL. If you want to pay me to leave then let’s go. I’m ready just give me a call or Teams meeting.
