Hsiao is literally the most incompetent CIO thee has ever been. Hands down. No social skills, no strategic thinking, and unable to articulate anything that anyone can make sense of. Mirada must be controlled by the CCP.......

Talking about CIOs, Hsiao Wang just got a gig with Mirada Capital Group. Let's see what his strategy will be for every client.
- Tell everyone to hate contractors, then dismiss them all at once without notice to see what happens.
- Talk about their IT becoming the next Amazon of ______________ (you fill in the company's business)
- Need for a more agile organization. Fire a whole layer of IT management, change roles and responsibilities, and don't have a plan for implementing any of this change.
- CIOs should define the technology roadmap and then throw it over the wall to the directors to figure out. Again... also have not plan to implement the change.

One more gimmick from D-mbo Neal. He does not have anything to show as CIO. He is trying these foolish things to get attention. AWS move will be a disaster like everything else D-mbo has done.
