Besides a paycheck and benefits, what gives you hope, purpose, motivation, etc. in this environment?

When will people understand that working overtime for free doesn't prevent you from being laid off?
I've been pulling 60 hr weeks to make up for the lost colleagues, but now I'm exhausted. My management chain is clueless. They lay off 20 engineers and 1 manager, and tell us we're more efficient, lol.
Hope purpose and motivation comes from reading id--ts like you here who apparently dont work for intel anymore but intel lives rent free in their head.
Middle management's destructive actions forced my resignation, despite my 60+hr workweek & dedication. This company's talent is being systematically eroded.
I passed on the last CPM package, but WILL take the next one, based on what I see happening all around me. My project is being managed like a headless chicken. I'm in NEX.
